A Twitter user, Amahle OG has claimed that she discovered lumps of an unknown ingredient in a pack of 5alive Berry Blast Fruit juice. According to her, she drank the juice direct from the pack and felt some lumps and proceeded to turn it into a cup and saw two huge lumps. "Yo! I drank straight out of the pack & tasted some lumps.
