Last year, it was reported in the media that the SGF, Lawal Babachir was awarded a grass cutting contract. We have some exclusives into the issue in both video and in pictures. We are reliably informed that the grass-cutting contract executed by JOSMON TECHNOLOGIST LIMITED. But according to the Mr. IG Wala, this is not a grass cutting but clearing of water channels/canals.
