Man City’s Stadium Evacuated Ahead Of Champions League After 'Emergency'. (Photos)

Manchester City's Etihad Stadium was evacuated this afternoon ahead of the team's Champions League match against Barcelona tonight. Fans and staff were pictured waiting outside the ground at dusk today after the evacuation that was described only as an 'emergency'.

Staff were allowed back inside the building at about 5pm following the brief evacuation ahead of tonight's kick-off at 8.45pm.

Manchester City will be desperate to avoid any more hiccups ahead of tonight's big game. The Premier League giants are out for revenge against Barcelona after their 4-0 mauling at the Nou Camp a fortnight ago.
