While governor Ayodele Fayose was commissioning the second phase of the Ikere Dual Carriageway yesterday night, his personal assistant on administration and stomach infrastructure, Sunshine Anifowose -was seen delivering food items and cash unto the waiting hands of some other Ikere residents.
