Parents decry extortion by Queens college management

Parents of Queens College Lagos students are made to cough out extra monies outside monies paid to TSA account covering school fees.

Without prior notice we are made to pay N11,000 more into a “Donor Account” after N12,000 books deposit to the TSA account, this payment is not receipted and from history most of the books issued to the students are irrelevant to the curriculum.


The school authority also reject payments made to the TSA account if insurance which is optional is not paid for.

The PTA of Queens College Lagos refused to inform Parents to pay only N5,000 as PTA dues as directed by the fme, they gave out a bill of N8,250 and an additional N4,500 (see attached bills) before d fme pronouncement and insist those amounts be paid.

Parents are groaning under this pain and tempers are flaring. We  need the Ministry Of Education to clarify on these issues.
