A man slumped during the visit of Nigeria's First Lady, Aisha Buhari to commission a cancer screening centre in Minna, Niger state on Saturday, Sept 3rd. The man was immediately attended to -by emergency officials who were on ground as they administered first aid to him while conveying him to the hospital.. See more pictures below..
