A vote of confidence has been passed on the Finance Minister, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun and the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Mr Udoma Udo Udoma by Nigerian governors.
The governors gave both ministers their backing during the meeting of the National Economic Council chaired by the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday.
They reasoned that rather than blaming the two ministers for the declining economy, they should be commended for their efforts in reviving the economy.
