Today, at the historical State of the Union Address held at the White House, rapper Wale (full name Olubowale Victor Akintimehin) took the stage to open the event with a rendition so perfect it is fit for history books. Plus, this is the first time in the history of the United States of America that a rapper, a black artiste, will take the opening performance of the country’s most-anticipated event. Wale blew the crowd as he sang from his hit songs such as “Chillin’” and “LoveHate Thing,”. He set the pace for President Barrack Obama.
