Senator Ben Murray Bruce comes for President Buhari as he is yet to congratulate the govenor elect in Bayelsa.
Is it that President @Mbuhari is yet to hear that Gov @iamHSDickson was reelected? I'm rather surprised at his failure to congratulate him.
