Residents tie charms to NEPA poles to stop officials from disconnecting them

The residents of this area must probably be fed up of PHCN officials' harassment, Residents of a fed-up community took laws into their hands and tied charms to the electrical poles in order to deter them from disconnecting their wires....not that there is even power to start with.
