S’Court Upholds Election of Ishaku as Taraba Governor

The Supreme Court has dashed Hajia Aisha Hassan hope by upholding the election of Governor Darius Ishaku as Taraba State Governor.While dismissing the appeal from the All Progressives Congress’ candidate, for lack of merit, the apex court on Thursday afternoon affirmed the election of Arch. Ishaku as Governor.

Meanwhile, the court has fixed February 22, 2016 as date when it would adduce reasons that informed the judgment.
